As Production Coordinator, you will, on the one hand, assist the Operations manager with certain tasks and, on the other hand, bear responsibility yourself for developing, coordinating, facilitating and implementing projects.

What will you do?

You are used to taking responsibility and delivering an optimal production process together with your team and colleagues.

These will be your duties:

  • Future-proof the department and develop, implement and communicate the vision and strategy for this;
  • Taking the necessary actions both in the short and long term;
  • Collect, analyse and report production data on the progress of the production process based on established KPIs;
  • Continuously improve processes and be critical of plans and processes;

We have also started a new digital working method for securing improvements, work instructions and control rounds, etc. This has been implemented within production and is being further extended across lines and departments.

You can therefore start making a difference in a constantly changing environment and you might also be able to fulfil your ambitions in the form of promotion. In doing so, you will also replace the Operations manager in his absence.

Who are we looking for?

As a new colleague, you are someone who is energetic, stress-resistant, customer-focused, results-driven and analytically strong. You plan & organise towards results and have good problem-solving skills. You are to the point, persistent, decisive and know how to properly coach and motivate a team and your colleagues so that everyone works together correctly. You have demonstrable experience in successfully deploying continuous improvement methods and participating in improvement and change processes within an industrial production environment. In addition, you possess:

  • A completed technical mbo+/hbo education and at least hbo working and thinking level through education or work experience. Hands-on experience in a production environment in FMCG.
  • Together with the rest of the production team, you are the driving factor for the output of our factory. In this position, your goal is to make the department future-proof together with the Operations manager and to help develop, implement and carry out the vision and strategy for this. This means that you have the quality to give and keep focus and direction, you are not distracted by daily business, a flexible organisation and a dynamic environment.
  • You have a sense of responsibility, perseverance, you are a self-starter who does not have a 9-to-5 mentality and can cope well with resistance;
  • You are the goalgetter who will ensure that our plans are actually translated into results;
  • You have a fluent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.

  • Salary between €3,654 and €5,211 per month;
  • End-of-year bonus of 2%;
