Your job
As service coordinator, you will work on scheduling and preparing service and maintenance work in consultation with residents of rental properties. You manage the team of service technicians by efficiently planning and scheduling work. You will also have regular contact with our client for coordination and process improvement.
Your duties and responsibilities include:
- Participate in working meetings with clients and network partners;
- Handle residents' queries and complaints;
- proactively monitor the status of scheduled work;
- Order and administratively process materials for service engineers;
- Ensure financial processing from work orders to invoices;
- identify any additional work and offer residents a suitable solution;
- Testing residents' satisfaction with services provided.
You will work at our Helmond branch, under the direction of the branch manager. You will be part of a small team of 10 (office) colleagues, including 1 other service coordinator. All work for 1 large client in Limburg.

- A mbo-plus working and thinking level;
- Preferably a completed technical education such as Architecture;
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a commercial-technical work environment;
- Strongly developed communication and organisational skills.
