KWE (Kintetsu World Express) Benelux is looking for a Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you are the calling card for Kintetsu and know better than anyone how to find the right candidates and enthuse them to work at Kintetsu. Our working day starts flexibly between 8:00 and 9:00 am.We work with the HR colleagues from our office on the Casablancaweg in Amsterdam Westpoort.
What will you do?
- You recruit candidates as an accomplished networker;
- You are the point of contact for the applicant and guide the candidate through the entire application process;
- You assess applications and hold telephone intakes;
- You conduct job application and employment conditions interviews;
- You will use trade fairs or organize events to get potential candidates excited about Kintetsu World Express;
- You are (co-)decision-maker whether a candidate is hired;
- You describe the recruitment process and keep an overview of each applicant and their status in the process.
Gevraagd
What do you need?-At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter
- A completed HR education
- The Dutch and English language
- accuracy, enthusiasm and a dose of humor
