- A gross monthly salary between €2,500 and €3,200, depending on your knowledge and experience

What will you do?
As an Allround Assembly Employee, you’re the driving force within the team. You work on various assembly tasks and tackle more complex technical challenges head-on. From assembling semi-finished products to dismantling and renovating units, you ensure everything runs smoothly. And you don’t just do this offhand: you work with technical drawings and translate them into practical steps on the shop floor.
Your tasks:
- Assembling and renovating units according to the guidelines, always ensuring top quality
- Taking on technical tasks that offer an extra challenge
- Providing instructions to and supporting your colleagues
- Reading and applying technical drawings with ease
- Thinking about process improvements and suggesting optimization ideas
What do you bring?
- A technical background and experience in assembly work
- The ability to read complex drawings and translate them into practical solutions
- A coaching mindset: you know how to motivate and assist your colleagues
- Experience with hoists and cranes is a plus
- Knowledge of safety and quality procedures
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (German is a plus!)
