This is what you will do:
The Technical Service Employee performs work in the technical department for the purpose of keeping the facilities on site as well as the premises themselves in operational condition. The Technical Services Officer carries out maintenance and priority planning and acts as an advisor to the Head of Technical Services and participates in large-scale projects (implementation of lean management, equipment replacement, etc.). From his position, he is partly responsible for the management and safeguarding of safety aspects within the company.

Your main tasks:
- Co-monitor the execution in qualitative and quantitative terms;
- Informing the Head of Technical Services in the event of (impending) deviations from the planning/quality;
- Advising on the execution of (emergency) repairs;
- Advising with regard to necessary safety measures, also supervising the availability of necessary permits etc;
- Maintaining key data of employees and contractors;
- Assisting in requesting and assessing tenders from third parties, making well-founded (selection) proposals to the Head of Technical Services;
- Assisting in mapping out the technical condition of facilities, co-assessing fault reports, determining the nature and extent of the work to be carried out;
- Co-selecting new employees;
- Co-organising the training/integration of employees;
- Providing input for performance and assessment interviews;
- Ensuring that set objectives and KPIs are met;
- Executing decisions concerning the TD departments;
- Performing maintenance work in accordance with instructions;
- Advising on setting priorities.

Aanbod

This is what you bring:
- MBO level 4;
- Mechatronic / application-oriented knowledge of electrics, mechanics and pneumatics;
- 5 years' work experience in similar position;
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English, Polish is an advantage.
