What will you do?As a Customer Service Representative, you will be in daily contact with customers and colleagues, both by phone and email. You will oversee the order process, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve them. Your days will be dynamic: from managing transport requests to monitoring KPIs and preparing reports. You will work in a close-knit, international team where English is the primary language.

- Proficiency in Excel and strong administrative skills.
- You work accurately, take initiative, and think in solutions.
