As a Technician, together with the lead-technician on the shift you will be responsible for:

•Quickly and effectively solving daily technical issues of conveyor belts, cranes, industrial robots, washing machines, hydraulic presses and other types of machines;

•Making decisions that lead to appropriate solutions in common situations;

•Assessing situations and choosing the correct procedural approach;

•Maintaining control and responsibility for the end result;

•Taking proactive measures to prevent bottlenecks and improve processes.

Do you have a technical mindset, but lack a formal diploma or specific work experience? No worries - we'd still love to hear from you!

Here are a few qualities that could help you thrive in this role:

•driving license is essential, as you need to drive between our sites when needed;

•no fear of heights;

•as your work will be 80% mechanical and 20% electrical, an electrical circuit switching certificate is an advantage, but you can also achieve that with us;

•you are: Quality-oriented, Solution-focused, Problem-solving and Proactive.
