To make sure everything runs smoothly, it's important that as an orderpicker, you'll meet the following requirements:

• You are available during working hours: starting time is 5:45 am, ending time is between 9:30 am and 12:00 pm;
• You are available at least until the end of October or longer;
• You are available on Monday;
• You are available 1 till 5 days a week;
• You speak and understand English or Dutch;
• You can work in Honselersdijk;
• You are at least 1.65 meters tall.

Every day, more than 100,000 flowers and plants leave Royal Flora Holland's warehouse. As an orderpicker, you are an important link in this process! All around you are trolleys filled with flowers. You are responsible for putting together the orders. Your colleagues drive the plants and flowers to you. You scan these flowers according to the order. Then you make sure the trolley is placed in the right place. Once you have mastered this, we will teach you to drive a trolley with which you drive the carts with flowers to your colleagues. All around you, drivers will race by to make sure the orders are ready on time!

You will be working at the largest flower auction in the world! Yes really, the warehouse in Naaldwijk is that big! But don't panic! As an orderpicker, you will find your way around in no time and collect all orders at a nice pace.
Furthermore, you can participate in fun outings! You will feel completely at home at Royal Flora Holland.
