Are you available full-time as an Assistant Supervisor and eager to participate in implementing a new customer at our 100,000 square meter warehouse with 350 employees? At our new location in Puttershoek, you will advance the Consumer Product division and gain firsthand experience in the dynamic world of our international supply chain solutions. Join our new team in either the inbound or outbound department as an assistant supervisor. Alongside other Supervisors and Assistant Supervisors, you will be responsible for our brand-new warehouse. Your expertise in building and motivating teams will be crucial. With this implementation, you have the unique opportunity to redesign the organization with your team. How exciting is that? Wij vragen:

- Vocational (MBO) thinking and working level, combined with a solid track record in coaching or leadership, or relevant educational background and internships;
- Experience with WMS/ERP systems, with bonus points for familiarity with SAP and Excel;
- Fluency in English, with strong communication and coordination skills;
- Ability to maintain a sharp helicopter view to stay ahead of the game;
- Willingness to work in shifts, with the first shift starting at 06:00 and the second shift ending at 00:00.
