The expert we are looking for is responsible for configuring and supporting all our HR solutions, such as AFAS-Profit, Cornerstone Talent Management and TalentLink Recruitment.


What you will do as HR Applications Manager (AFAS Profit)

As our new HR Application Manager, you will translate functional requirements into a sustainable solution within our HR systems. You will collaborate with key users and HRM Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to handle service requests, incidents, and problems. Furthermore you:

  • Are responsible for maintenance, configurations and enhancements on AFAS-Profit, Cornerstone and TalentLink.
  • Will work with colleagues and/or implementation partners in project teams, e.g. process improvements or implementation of newly acquired HR applications.
  • You and your colleagues manage work on integrations between AFAS-Profit and other systems.
  • Ensure proper documentation of the adjustments, features, functionalities, and design/implementation choices.

Our Corporate Group Digital & Workplace Solutions (DWS) supplies expertise to support our business needs, processes, and global way of working by offering innovative, future-proof, and cost-effective solutions. As part of DWS, the Enterprise Automation (EA) department is responsible for developing and maintaining our Enterprise software solutions, working closely with our internal customers, colleagues, and suppliers.

Our team works one day in Amersfoort every other week, and the other days, you work from your base office (Amersfoort/Nijmegen/Delft) and home.


What you bring

You are the perfect candidate to support and expand our current solutions because of your substantial experience with HR-Applications (at least AFAS-Profit). As a dynamic organisation, we value flexibility and a willingness to learn, especially when new HR applications are onboarded. Your strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail allow you to build future-proof solutions that meet the demands of our internal customers.

Furthermore, you have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in: Information Technology, Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience as a system administrator or consultant of the application AFAS-Profit (at least 3 years).
  • Fluent English speaker and writer.
  • A proactive attitude, you are flexible, and you are driven to optimise business value, user experience and process efficiency.
  • Preferably, you have experience with JIRA and MS Teams.
  • Optional: Experience as a system administrator of Cornerstone and/or TalentLink applications.
