Junior Finance Controller 24 FEB 25' | We are recruiting for a Junior Finance Controller for a rapidly growing medical devices company based in Den Haag. This is how you will make the difference

As a Junior Financial Controller, you'll oversee: Invoicing: Taking care of outgoing invoicing, including special cases for foreign customers who have specific requirements or use their own systems. Accounts receivable management: monitoring the timely payment of our invoices Control and booking of incoming invoices: Ensuring the accurate control, registration and approval of incoming invoices. Communication: Collaborating with and supporting the back-office team, you will collaborate with the logistics staff, among others, to ensure seamless handling of all administrative processes within SJJ Solutions. Central point of contact for financial matters and contact with our external accountant In the long term, reporting the financial status / KPIs in preparation for internal meetings.

What you bring

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Finance Officer who thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment. You should be proactive in optimizing financial processes, improving operational efficiency, and providing strategic insights. Additionally, you bring:

✔ A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
✔ Eagerness to learn,
✔ A hands-on and problem-solving mindset – eager to take ownership and drive improvements.
✔ Experience or interest in working with various financial systems
✔ Excellent analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
✔ Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus.
✔ Ability to work independently and collaborate across different teams.
✔ A strong interest in scaling financial operations within a fast-paced business environment.
