As a receptionist you will have a variety of tasks such as:Check-in
Check-out
Handling payments
Handling reservations
Answering phone calls
Handling emails
Helping guests with questions/problems/complaints
Providing customer service
We are looking for a responsible pro-active person who is friendly, helpful, flexible and customer orientated.
Since the hotel is open 24/7 the shifts can be in the morning or the evening
When working the morning shift, the reception will need to help with the housekeeping
Working hours morning 08:00 - 16:00
Working hours evening: 16:00 - 00:00
