As part of the Global Addressable Media team, you will play a key role in transforming digital advertising, focusing on transparency, innovation, and delivering maximum value to clients. You will work closely with internal teams and major media partners such as Google, Meta, and Amazon to leverage cutting-edge technology.

• Data & Strategy – Develop and optimize paid social strategies for global brands.
• International Impact – Collaborate with teams and clients across 50+ markets.

• Oversee and develop paid social strategies across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Manage large advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Lead and coach a team of paid social specialists.
•  Analyze campaign performance and execute A/B testing.
•  Provide strategic advice to clients and internal stakeholders.

• 4+ years of experience in paid social advertising.
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Business Manager, Snapchat, and Smartly.
•  Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and optimization.
• Experience in stakeholder management and strategic client consulting.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

•  Up to 60k a year + bonus structure.
