About Us
Are you ready to be part of a global, rapidly growing organization in the sportswear industry? This is a unique opportunity to join our team! Due to significant growth, AYBL Group are excited to announce the opening of our newly built distribution center in the Netherlands, of approx. 4k sq. mts. (45k sq. ft). This is an exciting time for you to join the group.

Main purpose of the role
Working within a team, you will fulfill orders from our Warehouse Management System through picking and packing, which will be despatched to our customers via numerous couriers. In addition, you will be handling deliveries and replenishing stock to ensure picking totes are full for a smooth operation.

Person Specification

· Pick orders using a hand-held scanner and bring them for packing/despatch.
· Use the WMS (Warehouse Management System) system to dispatch items for courier pick-up.
· Load and unload deliveries, input stock into the WMS system.
· Perform warehouse inventory controls using HHT or computer.
· Maintain accurate stock records in the WMS system.
· Safely move and store products using mechanical aids and manual handling.
· Accept inbound parcel deliveries and liaise with delivery drivers.
· Keep the warehouse clean and follow health and safety guidelines.
· Process returns, issue refunds, and update stock in the WMS system.

Employment Details
Employment arrangement: Fixed-term, 12 months.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Working pattern: AM and PM shift work, (5 days over 7 days).
Salary: Up to €2,518.75 pm (inc. holiday pay) + travel allowance or €0.23 per kilometer.

The business is part of the Retail Non-food Collective Labor Agreement (CAO).
