About Us
Are you ready to be part of a global, rapidly growing organization in the sportswear industry? This is a unique opportunity to join our team! Due to significant growth, AYBL Group are excited to announce the opening of our newly built distribution center in the Netherlands, of approx. 4k sq. mts. (45k sq. ft). This is an exciting time for you to join the group. The successful candidates may need to travel to the UK headquarters, to gain knowledge and insight of the UK operation.

Main Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your role as Warehouse Supervisor will be to manage and oversee the warehouse operations of your shift. This is to include staff training, productivity targets, and health and safety adherence, from goods in to order dispatch. As this is a brand-new role for the site, you will have the exciting challenge of sourcing and building your own team. With a plan to have 2 Team Leaders, 8-10 Operatives and 2 Forklift Drivers per shift. The labor responsibility will significantly increase over our sale periods (3 per year), with support of 30 temporary workers per shift.

3-5 years' experience in a leading/supervisory role
Methodical and accurate approach to practical tasks
Strong communication
Self-development
Professional, tactful, and friendly attitude
Ability to work effectively to deadlines
Excellent team working skills
Trustworthy and understanding of issues requiring confidentiality
IT literate
Fluent in both Dutch and English
Forklift license desirable but not essential*
Knowledge of bar coding would be desirable*
Knowledge of peoplevox or a similar WMS would be desirable

The business is part of the Retail Non-food Collective Labor Agreement (CAO).

Employment Details
Employment arrangement: Fixed-term, 12 months.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Working pattern: AM and PM shift work, (5 days over 7 days).
Salary: Up to €3,083.00 pm (inc. holiday pay) + travel allowance or €0.23 per kilometer.
