Optimize the HR landscape of a growing international e-commerce brand!

We are searching for an HR Legal Advisor with a legal background who takes charge of our HR administration, develops pragmatic solutions, and actively shapes our HR processes. As the interface between our internal HR team and external legal counsel you will play a key role in ensuring that Global-Tickets operates with clear, modern, and actionable HR policies.

As a strong communicator and organizational talent, you convince with empathy and a strong sense of responsibility. Even complex matters don’t faze you—you handle them using your legal expertise as well as clear communication, and diplomatic sensitivity. Whether in discussions or direct exchanges with employees, you are a trusted point of contact for all HR-related matters.

Your Impact
  • Ensure Efficient HR Administration: Administer contracts, time tracking, certifications, HR documentation, and general admin tasks.

  • Develop and Refine HR policies and Processes: Create, maintain, and implement policies on working hours, remote work, business travel, and more.

  • Support of Employees & Assistance in Personnel Talks: Serve as the primary contact for sick leave cases, act as a mediator in conflict situations, support feedback conversations between employees and managers, and advise on HR topics.

  • Management of Onboarding & Offboarding Processes: Plan, execute, and continuously improve the employee journey from start to finish, including onboarding and offboarding interviews.

  • Contributing to Labor Law & Compliance Topics: Ensure compliance with labor laws, conduct research, and provide legal guidance on topics like pension, company policies, and employee rights.

Your Top 3 Goals
  1. Taking Ownership of Labor Law Matters: Responsibility for labor law-related topics to actively support the implementation of our HR strategy and policies to sustainably integrate them into the organization.

  2. Ensuring Efficient HR Administration: Independent management and optimization of all our digital HR processes to ensure efficient workflows and a positive employee experience.

  3. Supporting Employee Talks: Development and implementation of clear, consistent guidelines and support personnel and mediation talks to foster an open communication.



Gevraagd

  • 5+ years of experience in operational HR support or structural HR development, ideally in a dynamic work environment.

  • Strong expertise in labor law with an affinity for process optimization.

  • Proven experience handling legal HR matters and applying employment law in a business setting.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive conversations with empathy and solution-oriented thinking.

  • A proactive work style with a hands-on mentality. 

  • An organizational talent with an eye for decisive detail.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
