Compliment BV is an innovative horticultural company specializing in the cultivation, harvesting, and packaging of fresh vegetables. We are a family-owned business based in Volkel, and we are looking for a dedicated Shipping Department Employee to join our team.
Job Description:
As a Shipping Department Employee, you will be responsible for preparing and dispatching orders in a timely and efficient manner. Your key responsibilities include:

Operating forklift/reachtrucks and EPTs (Electric Pallet Trucks) for handling and transporting goods
Managing inventory and ensuring the accuracy of stock
Ensuring all shipments are sent in a timely manner and meet the company’s quality standards
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Collaborating with other departments to meet operational goals

Requirements:

Previous experience in a shipping or logistics role
Valid forklift or reachtruck and EPT (Electric Pallet Truck) certification is a MUST
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Good communication skills in English and Polish (Dutch is a plus)
