Imagine working in an innovative team where your code truly makes a difference. As a DevOps Engineer within the Developer Experience department of Product Development, you play a crucial role in ensuring smooth software development for our robots and management software.

Together with a multidisciplinary team of Cloud Platform and CI/CD Engineers, you make it easier for developers to seamlessly run their code on a robot. You collaborate closely with project teams responsible for our advanced robotics solutions and contribute to building and distributing APT packages to thousands of customers worldwide. Additionally, you design, improve, and monitor the CI/CD architecture, ensuring the quality and security of our software remain consistently high.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Standardizing the build process for various software packages (APT, Python, NPM, containers, and more).
• Maintaining and optimizing existing GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensuring software quality through design and code reviews, unit and integration tests, and addressing technical debt.
• Actively contributing to the Agile workflow by setting goals, tracking progress, and managing risks.

You are a driven engineer with a passion for software development and CI/CD. You know how to streamline complex processes and aren’t afraid to experiment with new technologies. Additionally, you have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in building APT packages and knowledge of container technologies.
• Work experience with CI/CD pipelines, with GitLab experience being a plus.
• A solid understanding of cybersecurity and its application in software development.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary Agile Scrum teams.

What can you expect in your role as a DevOps engineer?
