Our client in Gouda is looking for an enthusiastic Full-Time Service Employee for 32 to 40 hours per week.

What are you going to do?

As a Service Employee, you will ensure everything runs smoothly concerning rent and student housing. You will be the point of contact for students, handle the administration, and contribute to creating a pleasant community!

Your responsibilities include:

  • Creating and renewing contracts, updating the website, and managing important documents.
  • Answering questions about contracts, rent subsidies, and service costs. Together with the Residence Manager, you will ensure overdue rent is paid.
  • Organizing welcome meetings and fun activities for students.
  • Visiting locations, speaking with tenants, and suggesting ideas for improvements.

Where will you work?

Together, you will ensure that students feel welcome and that everything is well-organized.

There is a great work atmosphere with open communication and good collaboration. Besides working in Utrecht, you will also be active in The Hague, Rotterdam, and Delft. After the training period, you can work partially from home. It is a flexible role with flexible working hours.
