You will be part of this organization’s Fuels & Materials Irradiations department. The Job
With your technical background, you will bridge different interests and steer projects in the right direction. You will be responsible for operationally managing internal experts and ensuring smooth project execution. Additionally, you will oversee quotation and tender processes, aligning customer requirements with this organization’s technical expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary projects, ensuring quality, cost control, and scope adherence.

  • Manage internal experts and ensure effective project execution.

  • Oversee quotation and tender processes by aligning customer needs with technical capabilities.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders.

  • Utilize project management tools such as SAP and MS Projects.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (engineering, physics, chemistry).

  • Experience managing technical or R&D projects.

  • Certification or training in PRINCE2 or IPMA project management methodologies.

  • Proficiency in project management tools like SAP and MS Projects.

  • Experience in the nuclear industry is a plus but not required.

  • Strong communication, technical reporting, and presentation skills.

  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and capable of working both independently and within a team.

  • Structured, organized, quality- and safety-focused.

  • Inquisitive, results-oriented, and ambitious.

Terms of Employment
this organization offers a competitive and modern employment package, including:

  • A salary with a maximum of €7.100,-.

  • 27 vacation days and 12 flex days.

  • 8.3% year-end bonus and 8% vacation allowance.

  • Commuting reimbursement of €0.23 per km (max 50 km one way) or full public transport reimbursement.

  • €5,000 net mobility budget (if living 1.5 hours away from the work location).
