Regional Maintenance Manager Hoofddorp • TechResources

You will be in charge of 30-35 hotels. You are responsible for everything related to the technical installations and their management, including maintenance, fire safety installations, and energy optimization.

• Initially, you will be responsible for the hotels in the Netherlands. If desired, responsibility for hotels in the UK, Ireland, Denmark, and Finland can be discussed.
• You will have an overview of all maintenance projects and renovations
• You will create long-term plans, including budgeting and investment plans
• For construction, renovation, and new installation projects, you will write concepts and tenders
• You will negotiate with external companies
• During execution, you will monitor the implementation and keep track of the budget
• You will check the performance of external service providers and subcontractors
• You will support and advise the operational management of the hotels and the maintenance teams.
• You will actively work on environmental goals, such as reducing CO2 emissions
• On average, you will be on-site 2 days per week, and the rest of the time you will work from the office in Hoofddorp or from home

Your qualifications and skills:

• You live in the Netherlands
• You have a technical background, preferably in engineering (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, building services, HVAC, etc.)
• You have a hands-on mentality and jump in when necessary
• You have good knowledge of building design, facility systems, and maintenance procedures
• You understand that each country has its own regulations for these systems
• You are English speaking. Dutch is a plus, other languages are a bonus
• You enjoy traveling

• An annual gross salary between €59,000 and €70,000 for a full-time position (40 hours per week)
