Are you looking for a new challenge as a CE driver?
We offer a dynamic work environment in the logistics sector, with a focus on the automotive industry. English-speaking drivers are also welcome.

🚚 Fleet and Equipment:
Our client uses Volvo and Mercedes trucks, with several new vehicles recently purchased. The vehicles are a maximum of 4 years old.
📱 Onboard Technology:
The trucks are equipped with a Trimble Logic Way onboard computer, which can be set in multiple languages. All tasks are recorded through this system. Additionally, the latest vehicles have a digital tachograph (Smart Tacho 2), while older vehicles are equipped with a Smart Tacho 1. The tachograph is used to record driving and rest times in compliance with applicable regulations.
📲 Equipment and Communication:
All drivers receive a company phone with the Moveecar app. This app is used for communication with planners and other team members.
💶 Toll Charges:
An MSTS toll box, suitable for multiple countries, is used.
👕 Work Clothing:
The client has a workwear policy and provides necessary company clothing to all drivers upon joining.

🔑 Job Description:
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications and qualities:

Fluent in Dutch or English.
Proven driving skills with both trucks and passenger cars.
Able to independently load and unload the truck according to the planned route.
Presentable and customer-focused, even in challenging situations.
Physically fit and willing to work in all weather conditions.
Proactive, with a strong drive to work efficiently and carefully.
Solution-oriented and able to make the right choices in stressful situations.
Honest and reliable.
Willing to start early and be flexible.
Good knowledge of vehicles and experience with loading and unloading them.
Able to check vehicles for damage and verify the correct VIN number.
Accurate in keeping administrative records and reports.
Familiar with using tachographs and onboard computers (Logic Way).
Knowledge of CMR consignment notes and work documents.

📚 Onboarding Process:
The onboarding process consists of the following stages:

Introduction meeting and company overview.
Training in vehicle and trailer knowledge.
3-5 weeks of experience with an experienced driver.
Explanation of the driver app and onboard computer.
Instructions on using CMR consignment notes and working with a day sheet.
Training in the efficient loading and unloading of vehicles.
Explanation of procedures for reporting damage and other important work processes.

⏰ Working Conditions:

Start time at 05:00, with a 15-minute startup period.
Arrival at the first customer around 07:30.
Loading and unloading time is typically 1 to 1.5 hours.
Independently contact a mechanic for technical issues or the garage for tire problems.
Responsible for checking all vehicles for damage and verifying the VIN number.
The driver is held accountable for any unreported damage after loading the vehicles.
The driver is expected to sleep in the cab along the route (extra miles to a rest area are not permitted).
All vehicle keys must be securely stored in the cab. Loss of keys can have significant consequences.
Using damage forms is mandatory before driving.
Maximum load height is 4.05 meters to 4.10 meters.
Daily work discussions and evaluations via the daily report.
Periodic inspections of the vehicle, trailer, and other materials.
Parking is prohibited outside the grounds in Oosterhout.
Weekly performance evaluation.
