For our client, a rapidly growing international organisation in the Clinical Trials field, we are seeking an energetic Training/L&D Manager with extensive GCP experience. This role focuses on developing and delivering training modules for CRAs, Team Leads, and (Senior) Project Managers. The organisation stands out by combining operational excellence with cutting-edge scientific insights to drive innovation, helping clients bring treatments to market faster. Additionally, the company fosters a unique culture, blending a mission-driven professional environment with trust and flexibility.

This is how you will make the difference
As the Training Manager, you will play a key role in leading the development of (e-)learning modules and training programmes related to clinical regulations and legislation. You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative training initiatives that foster professional development. Your focus will be on building trust-based relationships with department heads, colleagues, and HR to drive a shared vision for Learning & Development. In your daily routine, you will develop lean training programmes using the latest technologies while staying up to date with legislative changes and assessing their impact on training requirements. You will collaborate with department heads to share training strategies and address challenges effectively. Additionally, you will proactively optimise and enhance training modules, as well as explore methods to make training more engaging and accessible for employees. You will be instrumental in the onboarding of new employees, overseeing the setup, implementation, and execution of a streamlined training system. Continuously, you will ensure that training files are inspection-ready. Lastly, you will assess individual, team, and company-wide learning needs to develop impactful and scalable learning solutions that support organisational growth, including recent international expansions.

What you bring
Critically for this role, in order to be successful, is to have a very strong understanding of GCP guidelines and other Clinical Trial laws/regulations in combination with experience in Training management/Learning & Development on these topics. As a package you bring along:

  • In-depth and extensive knowldege of ICH-GCP Guidelines and at least 5 years’ experience within a GCP regulated workenvironment (i.e. working at a CRO or pharmaceutical company in the clinical branch);
  • 5 years of experience in training management, instructing and educating Clinical professionals within biotech or pharmaceutical industry;
  • Excellent command of the English language and preferable Dutch.

What's in it for you
This organisation, based in a beautiful area surrounded by parks and forests, is a very flat structured organisation with open doors on every level within the organisation. Next to your voice being heard and your input being valued the company is expanding internationally with establishing its brand in other EU countries. The package consists of:
  • A competitive base salary, tailored to your experience;
  • A yearly bonus arrangement, based on performance;
  • Pension plan (70% employer / 30% employee);
