GIGABYTE Technology B.V. is located at Eindhoven, The Netherlands, as European Operation Center.

Due to rapid growth of our business and our product portfolio and business scale for new product categories expand again, we are now looking for a new team member in our Eindhoven office.

Main tasks:

Coordinating incoming and outgoing order flows
Processing orders in a timely manner
Maintaining contact with carriers, outsourced warehouse, internal departments & our Taiwan HQ teams to enhance operational efficiency
Monitoring order status & feedback to Sales department
Ensuring timely dispatch of documents to customers & warehouse
Archiving and other administrative tasks
Packing the goods and prepare it for shipping out.
Loading and unloading trucks
Operate forklifts and stackers
All kinds of tasks in the warehouse and logistic team which are needed.

Gevraagd

Job requirements:

Minimum MBO (vocational) level of education
Proficient in computer skills, with experience in MS Office (Excel) and ERP systems
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics is preferred
Valid Stacker/Forklift certificate are a plus. We also welcome those willing to obtain certification
Physical ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 23 kg
Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
Basic Dutch language skills preferred, Chinese language skills are a plus
Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong team player with a flexible attitude.
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to prioritize work and good organizational skills
Valid Work Permit is a must
Able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
40 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00
