As a production worker, it is important that you meet the following points:

• you want to work in 3 shifts
• you have your own car
• you are physically able to lift boxes of up to 20 pounds if necessary
• you speak, understand and read the Dutch or English language well, because of the safety regulations.
• you are willing to work in Wolvega
• you can start in two weeks

Your workday starts with a cup of coffee together with your colleagues. Is your coffee finished? Then it's time to change clothes and hit the shop floor. After a good consultation with your team, you get started.

As a new employee you don't start alone, you get guidance from an experienced colleague. This way you learn the finer points of the trade extra quickly. In the KVPC the cheese is cut and packed. The operator runs the line, you will support him with the processes. In the high-tech factory a lot is already done automatically but human input is still needed. Think of manual packing, foil and label changing and control work.
We will also teach you the hygiene rules to keep your workplace clean.

We find it important that you have a good work-life balance. Because we work with a 3-shift schedule you will work morning, afternoon and night shifts. The working hours are 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00. On average, you will work 16 to 32 hours. On Saturdays you are always free. Enough time for sports, spending time with your family or just doing nothing.
