What will you do?✔️ You build and manage your own customer portfolio with software companies and scale-ups.
✔️ You identify opportunities and convince companies of the benefits of remote development and IT staffing.
✔️ You will work closely with our recruitment and delivery team to make the perfect match between client and candidate.
✔️ You have a hybrid role: partly on location in Amsterdam, partly remote.
✔️ You negotiate contracts and close successful deals.

What are we looking for?🔹 At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT, software or staffing.
🔹 You are proactive, commercial and know how to convince customers.
🔹 You are fluent in Dutch and English.
🔹 You have a winner's mentality and are not afraid to pick up the phone.
🔹 Experience in B2B sales and cold acquisition is a strong advantage.
🔹 You live in Amsterdam.
