This organization focuses on developing and managing IT solutions within the optical industry. The company consists of multiple specialized enterprises working together to support opticians with marketing, logistics, and IT solutions.

The development team is responsible for all IT and development activities within the group. They build and maintain internal systems, portals, and data integrations. The team consists of both experienced and junior developers and operates with short communication lines in an informal company culture. Initiative is encouraged, and there are plenty of opportunities for professional growth.

As a full-stack developer, you will work on various projects, ranging from developing internal web applications and back-office systems to maintaining complex data flows. You will play a key role in further developing the system and contributing to the transition to modern technologies such as React.

Key projects you will be working on:

• Further development of their internal marketing management system, including API integrations and email functionalities
• Migration of the existing back office to a new React-based web environment
• Development of an order management system for inventory management
• Management and optimization of data flows for clients both nationally and internationally

You will work on both the front-end and back-end, with opportunities to specialize further. The team has a wealth of knowledge, and there are many training opportunities available. The tech stack includes React and .NET.

• Experience with React and .NET
• Strong communication skills and an independent work attitude
• Interest in working within an internal organization

• Salary indication: €3,000 – €4,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours)
• 8% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days
