For this unique location in Kerkrade, opposite the Parkstad Limburg Stadium, we are looking for 3 independent chefs to strengthen our kitchen team. We offer you a professional work environment with a great atmosphere, combined with our trendy concept.

What do you bring as a chef?

Your tasks include performing preparatory work such as washing vegetables, slicing and filleting salmon, cutting lamb chops and beef for various dishes, working with a kitchen team of about 10 colleagues under the leadership of the head chef.
Preparing and cooking dishes, while carrying out interim quality and hygiene checks.
Preparing and checking dishes for service, after which service staff will place them on the warming trays.
Planning daily activities, ordering food supplies and other stock replenishments from regular suppliers, and checking delivered goods.
Supervising assistants, giving directions and instructions.
Cleaning your own work area, kitchen appliances, and machines before closing, and assisting kitchen helpers with full kitchen cleanup and storage of delivered goods.
Being a strong team player with a flexible attitude and good communication skills.
Contributing to quality improvement, menu optimization and development, and writing out recipes and preparation instructions.
Desired qualifications: MBO level 3 or equivalent education with knowledge and experience in basic cooking techniques.

· A gross monthly salary between €2,500 - €3,000 based on a 38-hour workweek, according to the Dutch Hospitality CAO, with 25 vacation days and 8% holiday pay
