For this unique location in Kerkrade, opposite the Parkstad Limburg Stadium, we are looking for 3 independent chefs to strengthen our kitchen team. We offer you a professional work environment with a great atmosphere, combined with our trendy concept.

What do you bring as a chef?

Your tasks include performing preparatory work, such as washing vegetables, slicing and filleting salmon, and cutting lamb chops and beef for various dishes in a kitchen team of approximately 10 colleagues, led by the head chef.
Preparing and making dishes while performing interim quality and hygiene checks.
Finalizing and checking dishes before they are handed over to serving staff for placement in the warming chafing dish.
Planning daily tasks, ordering food supplies and other stock replenishments from fixed suppliers, and checking the received goods.
Supervising assistant staff, providing instructions and guidance.
Cleaning your workspace, kitchen equipment, and machines daily before closing and assisting kitchen helpers in fully cleaning the kitchen and storing delivered goods.
Being a strong team player with a flexible attitude and good communication skills.
Contributing to quality improvement and menu optimization, including developing recipes and preparation instructions.
Required qualifications: MBO-3 or equivalent education with knowledge and experience in basic cooking techniques.
