You will play a vital role in our organization to drive our commitment to our customers for operations excellence with a personal touch. You can be based in Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Maastricht.

Roles and Responsibilities

Installing and configuring computer hardware, systems, networks, printers, scanners and phones;
1st and 2nd level remote & on-site user supports to Europe branches;
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with hardware or software;
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks, servers, and backup schedules;
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
Coordinating between end users and developers.

Qualifications and Experience

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field;
1+ years of experience in technical support role;
Experience with O365, Exchange, AD, Outlook, Apple Mac, VoIP phone, barcode scanner, printer;
In-depth knowledge on WAN, LAN and VPN;
Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills;
Fluent in English, both oral and written. Dutch is a plus;
Experience in Windows server, VMware, FortiGate firewall, Cisco switch, Synology NAS are plus;
Experience in logistics or in warehouse management system is a plus;
The submission of a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is part of the onboarding procedure.
