Are you a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist with a passion for organization and efficiency? Do you have experience in procurement, vendor management, and office operations? Then we would love to meet you!
What are you going to do?What will you do as a Business Support Specialist?
In this dynamic administrative role, you will support the daily operations of our office in Rijswijk. You’ll work with vendors, manage office supplies, coordinate internal events, and provide basic tech support. You’ll also collaborate with the EHS team to ensure health and safety compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the procurement team by creating purchase requests and maintaining relationships with suppliers, service providers, and the landlord.
- Maintain and organize data, generate reports, and handle administrative paperwork.
- Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory control.
- Assist with updates to the health and safety policy and ensure compliance in cooperation with the EHS team.
- Oversee daily administrative, facilities, and office management tasks.
- Plan and organize internal events such as team meetings, company lunches, and team-building activities.
- Provide basic IT support, including laptop setup and troubleshooting audio/video issues.
- A competitive monthly salary between €2700 and €3500, based on your experience.

What do we ask?- You are fluent in both Mandarin and English, spoken and written.
- You have 2 to 5 years of experience in administrative business operations, office management, or a similar role.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred), with certifications in IT or network support being a plus.
- You are organized, efficient, and can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
