About the role

We are seeking a Supply Coordinator Mechanics to coordinate the procurement of raw materials and components while ensuring smooth delivery agreements and performing essential administrative tasks. This role involves overseeing a wide range of suppliers across multiple subcategories and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor deliveries of raw materials and components, ensuring timely supply chain execution.
Maintain and improve delivery agreements with suppliers.
Perform administrative tasks related to procurement processes.
Oversee multiple suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient procurement management.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, particularly in milling, to enhance collaboration with external suppliers.
Ensure operational excellence and target achievement in relevant subcategories through daily management.
Collaborate with Supplier Quality Engineers.

Profile

A structured and punctual approach to work.
Experience with ERP (SAP systems knowledge is a plus).
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Hands-on mentality, with the ability to take proactive action.
Basic mechanical/technical knowledge.
Prior experience in the high-tech industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Dutch
