Vacatureomschrijving
Job Responsibilities:- Knife-skilled processing and dividing of carcasses according to order.
- Boning: Cutting out bones using knives and saws. The goal is to do this as accurately as possible, ensuring minimal meat remains on the bones and no technical parts are damaged or cut incorrectly.
- Sort and assess meat pieces, identifying areas for improvement.
- Work in line with the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality.

What We’re Looking For:- Experience – Minimum 1 year in butchery
- Technical Knowledge – Understanding meat carcass parts
- Cutting Expertise – Applying proper technique
- EU Citizenship Required
Aanbod
What We Offer:- Starting salary: €18.42 gross per hour, with the potential for an increase (up to €22)
- Temporary contract: Phase 1-2, with the possibility of a permanent contract (Phase 3)
- Weekly payment & 8.33% holiday pay
- Health insurance & Accommodation available (€133 per week, including free transport)
- Working hours: 05:00 - 14:00, Monday to Friday
- Work with a dynamic team of international colleagues
Note: Only EU-natives are eligible.
