As they continue to grow, they are expanding their team and seeking a Clinical Project Manager to lead and oversee critical projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of clinical studies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving projects from concept to completion.

This is how you will make the difference

As a Clinical Project Manager, you will lead and manage clinical trials, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business and scientific objectives. Your role involves managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, while ensuring the highest quality of clinical data is collected. You will also identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot any challenges, and ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP). You will collaborate with clinical researchers, regulatory affairs, and external partners, while mentoring junior project managers and promoting best practices across the team.

What you bring

You, as the ideal Clinical Project Managerwill recognise yourself in the following:

Bachelor Master degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related discipline;
5+ years working in clinical research, clinical trials, in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry;
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
