With your sharp eye for E-Commerce A-Players, you’ll find and convince exactly the kind of talent that will take our international scale-up to the next level.
As a strong communicator with a passion for high-performance teams, you’ll take full ownership of the entire recruitment cycle – from the very first outreach to the successful hire. Your Impact
Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract E-Commerce-driven high performers for Global-Tickets and take responsibility for new and existing roles (3–5 roles in parallel).
End-to-End Recruiting: Manage the full recruiting process and ensure an excellent candidate experience to guarantee the best-fit hires together with hiring managers.
Job Ads & Employer Branding: Develop impactful, SEO-optimized job ads, improve our recruitment channels, and present Global-Tickets as a top employer on external platforms.
KPI Optimization & Reporting: Analyze and report on recruiting KPIs and applicant pipelines to enable data-driven improvements to the hiring process.
Operational Onboarding: Structure a positive onboarding experience – from providing relevant information to guiding new hires through their first day.
1. Take Charge of the Recruiting Process: Take full responsibility for the end-to-end hiring process and ensure that workforce planning is implemented efficiently.
2. Optimize Key Recruitment KPIs: Reduce time-to-hire for A-Players and enhance the candidate journey for a smooth and efficient experience.
3. Strengthen Employer Branding: Optimize existing and develop new initiatives to improve candidate quality and reduce time-to-hire.
Gevraagd
You bring 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in an E-Commerce, start-up, or high-growth environment.
You are very familiar with modern recruiting tools (e.g. ATS systems) and active sourcing methods – especially LinkedIn Recruiter.
Initial experience with psychometric tests such asthe Harrison Assessment or a comparable evaluation is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills set you apart – especially when it comes to convincing candidates of our vision.
You work in a structured and solution-oriented way.
With your analytical thinking and independent working style, you enjoy contributing to the optimization of our hiring strategy.
Fluent English skills are required, German or Dutch is a plus.
