Functie omschrijving

Your responsibilities include:

Setting up, starting, and adjusting production machines.
Monitoring key parameters like temperature and machine speed.
Solving minor technical issues and reporting larger ones to technicians.
Conducting quality checks and logging results accurately.
Collaborating with colleagues to improve efficiency and workflow.

Wat we van jou verwachten

A vocational diploma (MBO level 2), preferably in technology, food, or production.
Experience as an operator is a plus, but not required.
Strong technical insight and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work in 2- or 3-shift operations.

Gross monthly salary between €3200 and €3400 (based on 36 hours), depending on experience.
Shift allowances for working in 2 or 3 shifts.
