Research & Development Manager Goes • &deBlauw

As an R&D Manager, you are part of the R&D team in Goes, overseeing the development of new and improved adhesive and sealant formulations with a strong focus on reactive technologies, mainly silane-modified and silane-terminated systems. You will be responsible for culturing innovation, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving sustainable product advancements.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including production sites, suppliers, and international teams within Bolton Adhesives. Reporting directly to the Director Research & Development, you are supervising a team of Senior Product Development Managers and Laboratory Technicians.

You bring energy and inspiration to the team, fostering creativity and cross-fertilisation of ideas. Your collaborative mindset makes you a true work buddy, seamlessly partnering with colleagues on projects, sharing knowledge, and strengthening teamwork. The primary focus of this position is on product development and innovation.
