who are you

Who are you as a successful candidate for the TAC Service Manager English and French or Dutch role:

Bachelor's degree or above in Science and Engineering (preferred)
Experience in the PV/Inverter service industry is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English and French or Dutch
Strong organizational and time management skills
Service awareness and coordination capabilities

what will you do

As TAC Service Manager English and French or Dutch, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a variety of tasks. You’ll contribute to:

Conducting technical workshops for customers and partners
Managing tickets and resolving service requests efficiently
Logging customer-reported issues and providing timely solutions
Providing training and guidance to customers throughout the project lifecycle
Supporting customers inqueries
