For the European Distribution Centre of Helly Hansen in Born, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator – Expedition (Medior level). A dynamic role in an international environment, where you play a key part in the shipping process of top-quality sportswear.

As a medior expedition employee, you are responsible for ensuring outgoing shipments are handled smoothly, safely, and correctly. You keep an overview, work in a structured way, and know exactly what it takes to get pallets ready for shipment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Loading pallets into trucks
• Checking and inspecting goods on pallets
• Labelling shipments
• Wrapping pallets with stretch film (automatically or manually)
• Weighing and sorting shipments
• Scanning and processing shipping information
• Composing pallets using the sorting machine
• Preparing shipping documents and handling customs clearance
• Planning transport and coordinating with carriers
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures

You will work closely with colleagues from various departments and external parties such as transport carriers. You know how to effectively switch between planning, execution, and communication.

• Gross hourly wage: €15.79
• Full-time position in day shifts
• Travel expense reimbursement

• MBO-level education or equivalent, preferably in logistics or expedition
• Demonstrable experience in a similar position
• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus
• You are independent, stress-resistant, and detail-oriented
• You can switch easily and communicate clearly with various departments and carriers
• You are cost-conscious and work according to safety and quality standards
