What will you do?

• Supporting the facilities manager in all day-to-day issues and alsocompleting special projects for school and for Hunkemöller.
• Ordering office supplies for (overseas) stores and HQ.
• Preparing shipments for international franchise.
• Checking invoices for accuracy and accounting.
• Carrying out analysis across several areas of the department.
• Assisting with repro and courier services.
• Attending meetings with business partners.
• Involved in the updateof internal FM manual.
• Planning office movements, as applicable.

About you!

• Is currently enrolled in an MBO/HBO facility management studies, ideally in the 2nd or 3rd year
• Can work independently and is able to deliver without detailed instructions.
• Fluent Dutch required. Has good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Can work at least 32 hours/week.

Eligibility Criteria

For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in September 2025. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:

• You are an EU citizen,
• You are on a Family/Partner visa, or
• You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
