The Role

We are looking for a passionate and professional Part-Time Boutique Assistant to join our small team. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for delivering a warm, informative, and engaging experience to every visitor, while supporting the smooth daily operation of the boutique.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers, offering knowledgeable and personal service
Share detailed information about our fragrance collections and brand stories
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
Process sales and handle transactions
Support stock management, restocking, and occasional administrative tasks
Assist with in-store events or brand activations as needed

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in beauty or fragrance retail (perfume preferred)
Strong communication skills in English
Basic Dutch required – any added language is a strong plus
Genuine interest in niche and luxury fragrances
Professional, warm, and customer-oriented demeanor
Flexible, proactive, and reliable team player
Availability to be flexible, including weekends or evenings as needed
