We’re looking for a technically skilled Service Manager to support customers using advanced DIGITAL ENERGY solutions. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of post-sales support, problem-solving, and commissioning. If you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

• Run technical workshops with partners and clients after installation.
• Manage service tickets and resolve incoming technical issues.
• Guide customers through every phase of the construction process, from kick-off to commissioning and testing.
• Provide on-site support for major or critical incidents.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal R&D to resolve complex technical matters.
• Deliver 2nd and 3rd line technical support—individually or with the support team.
• Monitor on-site operational quality and recommend improvement strategies.
• Train and educate partners through hardware/software sessions and acceptance testing.

1. Salary between €2,700 and €5,200

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ICT, or similar field.
• Experience in the PV or inverter service industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across cultures and teams.
• Organized, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required.
• Service-driven with strong coordination and troubleshooting skills.
