About the role
Company: Leading Belgian B2B SaaS Scale-up (part of €100M+ European tech group)
Role: Sales Executive (multiple hires possible)
Location: Belgium (HQ in West Flanders)
Language: Dutch OR French OR German + English
WFH policy: Hybrid (office-based with flexibility)
Industry: B2B SaaS
Product: Workflow SaaS platform with geolocation and hardware integration
Size and functions of local team: ±10 FTE across RevOps, BDRs, Marketing, CSMs, AEs
Role description (AE):
• Individual target: €10K MRR (ramped)
• Deal size range: €1K–€5K ARR
• Role focuses on new business acquisition
• Structured sales process and HubSpot CRM
• Supported by senior AE during ramp-up
• Regional sales focus (Wallonia, Flanders, DACH based on language)
