- Together with a team of about 15 colleagues, you are responsible for the smooth and quality-oriented production of our delicious products during your shift;
- Under your leadership, the operators work on the production lines.
- You have the technical expertise to identify problems quickly and you know exactly how to support your colleagues in the event of complications or breakdowns;
- Together with a fellow operator 3, you are responsible for the production process, ensuring compliance with the applicable guidelines and procedures;
- You ensure timely and accurate recording of all product data;
- You identify deviations from the set standards, report these according to protocol and ensure that prompt and effective action is taken.
Gevraagd
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety is a plus.
- MBO working and thinking level;
- You lead your team with the principle of ‘safety first, quality second’ and ensure that everyone sticks to the agreements;
- You have the skills to motivate your colleagues, guide them and bring out the best in them;
- You can communicate clearly and are able to set priorities, even in hectic circumstances;
- You know how to inspire and enthuse your team.
Aanbod
- A gross hourly wage between €18,91 and €24,46 including allowances;
- 3-shifts;
- Reimbursement of travel expenses for a distance of at least 7 kilometres;
