Working hours
As an operator, you work full-time in two shifts from Monday to Friday. Working hours are as follows:
- From 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- From 1:45 p.m. to 9:45 p.m.

Employment agency Manpower is looking for multiple senior operators for AkzoNobel in Sassenheim.
As an experienced operator at AkzoNobel, you’ll be an essential part of the production of paints, coatings, and varnishes. Following a thorough and fully paid training program, you’ll work independently with the machines and take full responsibility for the production process. You’ll work accurately following existing recipes and focus on safety and quality. Your tasks include:
- Independently operating and managing complex machines
- Ensuring a smooth production process and resolving malfunctions
- Safeguarding product quality and adhering to safety regulations
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
With your experience and sense of responsibility, you’ll make a direct contribution to AkzoNobel's success.
What's in it for you
- Gross salary between €15.90 and €17.50 per hour
- Travel allowance up to €16.98 per working day for distances over nine kilometers

- Availability of 40 hours per week
- Good math skills
- Willingness to work in shifts and with personal protective equipment (PPE)
