Become a Logistics Hero at DHL in Zaltbommel!

On an early morning in Zaltbommel, DHL’s sorting center comes to life. Conveyor belts hum, trucks come and go, and the first parcels are processed. Here, in the beating heart of logistics, you work as a Logistics Operator, helping ensure smooth and on-time deliveries.

Picture this: a webshop receives an order. Behind the scenes, the parcel begins its journey. Once it arrives at the sorting center, you’re the one who takes it in hand. You load and unload trucks, place parcels on the conveyor belt, and sort them into roll containers. From small boxes to large packages — you make sure everything ends up in the right place. It’s an active job that keeps you moving, surrounded by a team full of energy and teamwork!

Flexibility is key at DHL. We work in a three-shift system from Monday to Sunday. Choose the schedule that suits you:

• Day shift: 06:00/07:00 – 15:00/16:00

• Evening shift: 16:00 – 23:30

• Night shift: 21:00 – 06:00

You’re someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and thrives in a dynamic work environment. Additionally:

• You speak Dutch or English, if not then we provide dutch or Englis language course for you! 

• You’re physically fit and not afraid of a challenge

• You have your own transportation to the work location

Here’s what you can expect when you join us:

• A gross hourly wage of €14.08

• Extra pay for working evenings, nights, and weekends:

  • €15.84 per hour between 18:00 and 20:00

  • €17.60 per hour between 20:00 and 00:00

  • €18.30 per hour between 00:00 and 06:00

  • €28.16 per hour on Sundays and public holidays

• Travel reimbursement for distances up to 30 km.
• Holiday pay (8%) and vacation days (10%) starting from day one.
