About the role

As our Payroll administrator you will play a vital role in our payrolling process. You’ll ensure an accurate and timely payroll processing, and able to easily compose reports using Excel. You are able to apply our employment conditions and legal regulations (i.e. CLA Metalektro) correctly and will dive into the details when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage pension and illness payroll related matters.
  • Deliver flawless HR reports with payroll data.
  • Identify and resolve payroll issues while proactively preventing future occurrences through well-designed work instructions and processes.
  • Work together with different stakeholders from technical operators to management.
Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.

  • You have a certificate in payrolling. (Praktijkdiploma loonadministratie, PDL)

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of HR as an administration employee.

  • Knowledge of Workday, SAP or any other related system.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of legal regulations, demonstrated through certifications or training participation.

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Excellent in the Dutch and English language, written and spoken.
