As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep of buildings and carrying out repairs in homes. Whether it's painting, replacing window handles, adjusting doors, or laying laminate floors, you're ready to take on the challenge. Major projects like renovating water pipes are outsourced, but for the daily maintenance tasks, you're the person we're looking for. You’ll be working both indoors and outdoors, with the freedom to decide when and which tasks to tackle.
Functie-eisen
We’re looking for someone with a practical mindset who is skilled with tools. You’re independent, know which tasks to prioritize, and tackle them head-on. You have a good sense of humor and enjoy a lively atmosphere because while we work hard, we also make time for fun. You speak Dutch and good English, and you don’t mind occasionally joining the on-call service. A technical qualification is a plus, but not a must.
We offer a salary between €2,900 and €3,300 per month, a company car, company parties, a Christmas package, holiday pay, and a pension plan. You can also work on a freelance basis. Additionally, you’ll receive a budget for professional development and opportunities to grow within our organization. The job is full-time, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule, and you'll be working at various locations, so you'll be on the move a lot.
