As a Supply en Demand Planner you are responsible for the entire process of demand planning and purchasing of product assortments.

Description

- Apply effective demand planning methods and leverage relevant systems to ensure accurate forecasting.Create and maintain production planning master data in SAP, while supporting planning insights through analytics.

- Actively contribute to team success by understanding business needs, offering thoughtful solutions, and constructively challenging existing approaches.

- Execute planning processes, practices, and procedures in line with system capabilities, ensuring alignment with key GTM milestones and the overall planning cycle to drive profitable outcomes.

- Work closely with the Purchase Planner, Senior Merchandise Planner, EMEA Master Data (IT) team, and the US planning team to review, evaluate, and generate valuable reports and exception data.

- Ensure timely execution of planning activities, using accurate data and appropriate tools to support sound decision-making.

Profile

• Bachelor in logistics or supply chain management related study.
• 3 - 5 years working experience in a relevant business environment with similar and/or related tasks and responsibilities.
• Overall knowledge of operations and logistics is an advantage.
• Demonstrates knowledge of planning, preferably in apparel.
• Strong analytical skills to translate sales data, consumer needs & research into key insights for demand planning.
• Quick learner with ability to work in a multi-disciplinary company / team environment.
• Proficient in ERP (SAP) and planning systems, TIA A3, MS Office (Excel skills).
• Multi-lingual abilities: business level English is mandatory, proficient knowledge of other languages are an advantage.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the proven ability to communicate with all levels within an organization.
• Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail

Job Offer

• Salary ranges between €3.800 and €4.500 gross per month.
• 8% holiday allowance.
• A fulltime workweek of 37 hours.

The Demand & Supply Planning team oversees the full scope of demand planning and product assortment purchasing. The Demand Planner is responsible for developing and managing seasonal demand forecasts, grounded in the merchandising line plans. This role involves continuous collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze incoming sales and customer data, as well as market developments and trends. These insights allow the Demand Planner to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, while proactively managing risks related to sales plans, capacity, and inventory-working closely with stakeholders in sales, merchandising, and inventory management.
