The Production Employee role involves performing entry-level tasks related to processing products in the integration center, including testing, inspection, and basic installations. Description

• Inspect and identify products for accuracy and defects.
• Follow general instructions and technical documents to execute assigned tasks related to the product.
• Troubleshoot basic, non-complex problems to ensure the product functions correctly.
• Perform quality checks on assigned products and tasks.
• Perform hardware installation and/or assembly per customer requirements, with cabling experience being a must.
• Complete physical audits of equipment and accessories.
• Perform packaging and labeling based on customer requirements.
• Update physical and/or systematic location and order status in the internal system.

Profile

• Minimum of 2 years in a production environment, with a strong emphasis on cabling.
• Ability to inspect and identify products for accuracy and defects.
• Proficient in following technical documents and general instructions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for basic, non-complex problems.
• Experience in performing quality checks on products and tasks.
• Knowledge of hardware installation and assembly, specifically with cabling.
• Capable of completing physical audits of equipment and accessories.
• Competent in packaging and labeling products based on customer requirements.
• Familiarity with updating internal systems for location and order status.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in work.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to listen and confirm understanding of tasks.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Candidates must have a valid BSN and DIGI; however,
• A valid a work permit to work and live in The Netherlands
• Willingness to work 5 days onsite during day shifts.
• An immediate start is a significant advantage.

Job Offer

• Salary: €15.32 gross per hour. €2,600 per month
• Travel Allowance: €0.23 per km, with a maximum of 120 km per day.
• Work Environment: Access to daily fresh fruit at the office.
• Vacation: 25 holidays plus an additional 8.33% holiday allowance.
• Pension: Enrollment in a pension plan from day one.
• Work Equipment: Provision of work shoes (€70) and coverage for additional forklift/reach truck courses (€240) if requested by the company.
• Contract: Initial contract through Page Personnel, with no guarantee of a permanent company contract after 6 months.
